Course Highlights
Swimming Technique
Campers will swim, jump, dive, race and play in our swimming pool adapted for all age. Every lap will feel like an adventure and confidence will grow stroke by stroke. Our experienced team of coaches will support each student to build skills, push limits and experience the thrill of real swimming competition.
Rowing Splash
The classic British sport is ideal to learn team work, increase focus and master discipline while developing solid base for core athletic. Coaches will offer a systematic and science-backed training program, safe and fun. Starting with foundational rowing instruction, campers will build up their physical strength through indoor rowing machine workouts and master core rowing essentials. They will then progress to targeted water-based training sessions—including water adaptation drills, paddling technique practice, and technical refinement exercises—to gradually sharpen their rowing skills and develop a comprehensive skill set. Rowing will be available for students of G6 and above, with height requirement above 145 cm.
Sailing on West Tai Lake
Feel and dompt the wind as young sailors take the helm and discover the thrill of sailing. Guided by expert coaches, students experience the joy of sailing while developing skills, responsibility, and water awareness. Hoist the sail, catch the breeze, and enjoy the excitement of learning to sail on the open water.
