WASNJ | Wycombe Abbey International has launched its new campus in Singapore, dedicated to providing world-class education
Wycombe Abbey School (Singapore) will open in September 2028 as a co-educational day school, offering a future-ready, holistic education for students aged 2 to 18. The partnership brings together Wycombe Abbey’s century-old academic heritage, BE Education’s proven operational expertise, and Wee Hur’s local development and construction capabilities to deliver a premier educational institution in Singapore.
Wycombe Abbey, one of the United Kingdom’s most prestigious independent schools, together with its international partner BE Education and local development partner Wee Hur Holdings Limited, are pleased to announce a strategic partnership to establish Wycombe Abbey School (Singapore). This landmark initiative marks the brand’s expansion into Southeast Asia and reflects the shared commitment of all three parties to delivering world-class education in one of Asia’s most dynamic cities.
Opening in September 2028, Wycombe Abbey School (Singapore) will be a K–12 co-educational day school, designed to cater to the individual strengths and aspirations of each student, underpinned by a strong belief that “Every Child Can Excel”. The campus will be situated on a prime site along Hougang Avenue 3, approximately 20 minutes’ drive from both the Central Business District and Changi Airport, offering convenient access for Singapore’s diverse international community.
While Wycombe Abbey School (Singapore) will be a day school, it will fully embody the quintessential elements of a traditional British boarding school. This includes a robust House System, a strong pastoral care framework, and an extended school day designed to support a broad and balanced programme. Students will also benefit from weekend and holiday activities, creating a vibrant and fulfilling school life that extends well beyond academic lessons.
